How to issue a Badge in Canvas Credentials?

  1. Go to the https://badgr.com/ website and log in to your account using your username and password.

  2. From the Issuers dashboard, click on Badge and navigate to the Badge which you are willing to issue.

  3. Click on the "Award Badge" button to start the badge issuance process.

  4. Choose the recipient of the badge by typing in their name or email address. You can also choose multiple recipients at once.

  5. If evidence is required to earn the badge, you can add it at this stage. This could include a link to a portfolio of work, a video demonstration, or a test score.

  6. Once you have added the recipient and evidence (if required), click on the "Send" button to issue the badge. The recipient will receive an email notification with the badge attached.

  7. You can manage all the badges you have issued in the "Issued Badges" section of the badger dashboard. From here, you can view the status of each badge, manage evidence, and revoke or expire badges if needed.
