How do I Locate, Sort and Download my Webex Recordings

1. Navigate to: http://umbc.webex.com

Log in using your UMBC User Name and Password.  Look to the “Recordings” tab on the left-hand side of the page. You should now see all of your saved Webex Recordings in .mp4 format.

2. Click on the chevron next to the Date Created column:

The chevron looks like a V, when clicked it will invert so it now looks like this: /\  - re-sorting your saved Webex recordings to show your oldest Webex recordings at the top first.

3. Any older recordings that you want to save can be downloaded to your PC or Mac by clicking the down pointing arrow.

4. After download you can then upload and save your Webex Recordings to your Microsoft OneDrive or Google Drive Cloud storage web sites.
