How do I Customize the View for Attendees in Webex?

Only the Host and Cohost(s) can sync their stage view for all attendees in a meeting.

In a Webex Meeting where you are the Host or Cohost, click the three dots in the right corner of a speaker's video feed and select Move to Stage. Do this for all speakers you would like to be on stage for the meeting.
In the top right corner of your Webex window, select Layout, then Sync My Stage View for Everyone.
To remove any speakers from the stage view, click on the Unpin button in the left corner of the speaker's video feed. You will need to re-sync your stage view to refresh the view for everyone.
