How do I deploy a Panopto quiz in Blackboard Ultra?
Panopto quizzes embedded into Blackboard Ultra can pass back the score data into the Blackboard Gradebook
If you select a quiz from another course the privileges do not need to be adjusted

Record or upload media into Panopto and embed a quiz.
Access your Blackboard Ultra course
Within the Course Content area, click the plus sign (+) then select Content Market
Select Panopto Ultra Course Quizzes
Select your video from the Content Market that contains the quiz, and click Insert
Once the quiz has been embedded in the course, the user can click on the three dots beside the video and select Edit to modify the Due Date, Category, Maximum points, etc.
NOTE: You cannot embed a video quiz in an Ultra document, discussion, or assignment. If you try to embed a video quiz using the content editor, you will get an error message "Unsupported Grading Type: You can grade this item, but Learn currently doesn’t support gradebook columns for embedded links. If you need grade support, add the item to your Course Content page instead."
