How do I create a PIN for my Personal Directory on my Cisco VOIP phone?

The Phone PIN (different from your voicemail PIN) is used to access your "Personal" Directory on a Cisco phone.

To set up the Phone PIN, log into the Cisco Self-Care Portal and follow these steps: 

1. Click the General Settings tab.

2. Click Phone Services PIN.

3. In the New Phone PIN text box, enter the PIN.
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   
   

4. In the Confirm New Phone PIN text box, enter the PIN.

5. Click Save.
