How do I place a call using my on-campus VOIP phone?

To place a call to an internal number:

Pick up the handset and dial the on campus extension.

To place a call to an outside number:

Pick up the handset and dial 9 and then 1 and then the number with the area code.

Redial Last Number

Press Redial to redial your primary line. To redial on another line, press the desired line button first.

To make an international call:

Dial 9 1 011 before the international phone number in the keypad.
