Connecting an iPad to a Classroom Projection System

1. Connect your Apple brand Lightning (where your iPad charger goes) to your HDMI adaptor

2. Connect your adaptor to the classroom's HDMI cable.

3. Turn on projector in room - wait for power button to stop blinking as the projector warms up.

4. Select HDMI Laptop as your source to the projector.

5. If you have the iPad active and on your home screen and it is not projecting please be patient, it can take a few moments to complete the digital connection.

6. If your iPad still has not displayed try selecting DVD or Blu-Ray Player as your input source instead of HDMI laptop. Power on the built-in DVD player located in the podium. You should now see the Sony DVD Player welcome screen on the projector and the AV system now knows to look for a digital input.

7. With your iPad still active and connected to the HDMI cable switch back to HDMI Laptop as your source.
