How do I connect using the Kramer VIA Desktop Application?
Kramer VIA Desktop Application:
Connect your device to the network (Wi-Fi). Either networks will work. Turn the AV system on and press the VIA button on the AV control.
Download the Kramer VIA application (if you have not already).
Look to the display and it will show multiple places you can download the application. Like the google play store, the Microsoft windows store, or by scanning the QR code on your display.
Connecting to VIA
Start the application and you will be prompted to login. To do so you will enter the IP of the room which will be on the display you are using.
From this you will enter a nickname and the room code.
Sharing your device to the display:
After you have logged in you will be presented with this
To present your full-screen press the green button.
From here you can show a presentation or a video, whatever is needed for your meeting. (If you are playing audio mute the audio on your computer or you will get an echo.)
You can also click the Show Option, seen in the previous photo to present specific media or use a whiteboard, among many options.

When you are finished click the stop presenting button and exit out of the application.

Security and Data Privacy:
On Kramer's website, it says, Kramer uses, receives, collects, processes or stores only Personal Data necessary to provide the Products and operate its business.
VIA needs access to the user's camera if students want to use the QR code that's on the LED screen to connect.
It asks for access to one's contacts because it has a direct contact-to-contact file-sharing function.
