Include Ally information on the syllabus and in Blackboard

Faculty may wish to include a statement about Ally within their course shell or syllabus. Here is one example:

Alternative file support: Available within all Blackboard courses, Ally creates alternative files that are easier to use by everyone. Download the alternative format that works for you -- anywhere those files are used, including from your mobile device.

Note: Ally does not scan files hosted in Box, Google Drive, or other sites external to Bb.
