Enabling Cellphone Hotspot feature

The Hotspot feature present on phones and mobile devices is a feature which allows that mobile device to provide a Wifi connection to other nearby devices, like laptops. Two things are needed to make this feature work, the first being that your cell phone plan has this optional feature activated and the second that you have enabled the service on the mobile device itself.

1. Start by trying to enable this feature on your cellular device.

2. While completing the above steps you may receive an error about your carrier not allowing this feature. This means you will have to contact your cell carrier and ask about enabling this feature on your account.
