How do I transfer a call using my on-campus VOIP phone?

From an active call, press Transfer.
Enter the recipient’s extension or telephone number. To transfer to an external number, enter 9, then 1, and then the 10 digit telephone number.
Press Transfer again either before or after the party answers to complete the transfer.
