How do I answer a call using my on-campus VOIP phone?

New calls display in these ways:

1. A flashing amber line button.

2. An animated icon and caller ID.

3. A flashing red light on your handset.

To answer the call, lift the handset. You can also press the flashing amber session button, Answer, the unlit Headset button, or the Speakerphone button.
