Having trouble receiving DocuSign emails?
Tell Me
Everyone's email server settings, spam control, firewall, and anti-virus settings are set up differently. For these reasons, it is important to check your spam folder for the email.
Sometimes it helps if the sender resends the document to the recipients.
It may also be helpful to add the following email addresses as Safe Senders (aka Trusted Senders):
dse@docusign.net
<mailto:dse@docusign.net>
dse_demo@docusign.net
<mailto:dse_demo@docusign.net>
dse_na2@docusign.net
<mailto:dse_na2@docusign.net>
dse_na3@docusign.net
<mailto:dse_na3@docusign.net>
dse@eumail.docusign.net
<mailto:dse@eumail.docusign.net>
dse_staging@docusign.net
<mailto:dse_staging@docusign.net>
If the problem is located within the settings of the recipients IT department, it would be beneficial to request the following changes:
Allow emails from the domains @docusign.net and @docusign.com
Allow for a specific IP address for DocuSign Service <https://trust.docusign.com/en-us/trust-certifications/whitelist/>
