  • DocuSign emails contain a secure link to DocuSign so it is important not to share the email with others.

  • This is done for user protection and DocuSign suggests treating email notifications as you would a physical letter in your mailbox.

  • To ensure that forwarded DocuSign emails can't be accessed by others, DocuSign users might consider applying recipient authentication to ensure that no one else will be able to access and sign in.
