How do I share my notebook with someone else?

Sharing a notebook differs from device to device. When you share a notebook, you are sharing the entire notebook’s contents. This is very different than sharing a PDF printout of an individual page.

The following set of directions are OneNote for Mac, but are similiar on other devices:

1. On the top right-hand corner, click the “Share this notebook” button.

2. Click “Invite people to Notebook”.

3. Type in the UMBC emails of the individuals you want to share the notebook with.

4. Click “Share”.
