Windows Defender is the default antivirus program for Windows 10 and is the recommended Windows antivirus software for non-UMBC-owned computers.

UMBC-owned computers that are joined to the Active Directory domain have the Enterprise version of Windows Defender.

Avira is an anti-virus option for Mac.
