I'm getting a 500 "Something Went Wrong" error when I try to access my email. What should I do?

If you’re receiving an error like the to the right, this is because you’re trying to access email via Microsoft. UMBC uses Gmail as its email service. You can access Gmail directly by going to gmail.umbc.edu or by clicking the Mail in myUMBC.
