The signing and sending page(P1) shows various methods that the user can select to create or import a document for signing and sending.

  1. Clicking the camera icon will open the users camera function on their mobile device so that they can capture an image of the document that they want to sign.

  2. The photos option will pull up the users library for them where they can select a saved image to use for signing and sending.

  3. Templates will give the user the option of using either their own template or a shared template.

  4. The library option will pull up a folder of documents that the user has already uploaded to their DocuSign account.

  5. Users can import documents from Google, DriveDropbox, or Box once they've signed into their accounts, giving DocuSign access to their files.

    1. Clicking the "+" sign will reveal that users can also sign into Evernote or Salesforce to import documents.

  6. The 'How to' section at the bottom of the screen gives the user a quick overview of importing documents from their mail(P2) or from other apps(P3).
