How do I cancel a Pre-Approval or Reimbursement request?



Use the "Actions" drop down menu in the upper right corner of the screen to Cancel a Request.

The travel request can be Canceled if the status is anything other than "Completed"/"Completed*" 

Canceled and Completed/Completed* travel requests are read only



Once a request is submitted to DocuSign, it can be denied by anyone in the approval chain. The deny action will send the request back to the Travel System in an "Review" state where it can be edited and resubmitted. The Review status will permit the traveler, preparer and the Business Office to modify the request.



Note:

The Travel Pre-Approval process is considered Completed* (Read-Only) when the travel occurs without a required Travel Pre-Approval. This entry is auto-created when the Travel Reimbursement process is initiated.

Note: If the status is of the item is "Completed", or "Completed*", it cannot be canceled
