How do I share templates in DocuSign?

If you wish to collaborate on a particular template, there is a sharing feature available on each one.
While you are in the Templates tab, if you click on a template, you will be taken to a screen where you can see your recipients along with options to use, edit, move, share or do more with the template (create a copy, download, see history).
Clicking Share will allow users to add others to collaborate and send their templates. Any of the people that you share a template with are able to edit and send it. You can either share with individual users or share with a group.
- Share with individual users by checking the box next to their name. Users can be searched via the search bar.
- Share with a group by clicking "Groups" and checking the box of the group you want to share with.
- One can share with all users or all groups by checking the Select All box under "Users."
- Click "Share" once you have selected everyone you would like to collaborate with.
