How do I show Published Names for people in my Directory Listings?

On a page that is configured to show directory listings, check the Show Published Names if Available checkbox at the bottom of the UMBC Content section in the sidebar.
Published Names will now be shown for Faculty and Staff members who have specified a Published Name on the Directory Information page. For those who have not set a Published Under Name, their standard Preferred Name will be used instead.
