How do set up a voicemail password on my on-campus phone?

1. Dial the PhoneMail access code.

   What's my access code?

   Most faculty and staff are either x51111 or x51121.

   South campus and Research Park are usually x51131.

   Students using on campus phones are typically assigned to x20999 or x27999.

2. If you are calling from your desk phone press the # symbol. 
3. Enter the default system password (111).

4. You will be advised that you have logged into the PhoneMail system with a password that is not secure and you are required to change your password now. 

5. Enter a new personal subscriber password.

   • Passwords must be at least 3 digits but no longer than 24 digits long
