What are the Status options in Smartsheet?

The “Health” column in any project plan, report, or dashboard links via a formula from the “Status” column. If you hover over the icon on the Health column, you will see the same key found below.

• 🔵 New: Project is under review or approved but has not officially started yet.

• 🟢 In Progress: Project is on track and progressing.

• 🟡 Warning: Some issues are slowing the project down, but are being monitored.

• 🟠 On Hold: Project has been placed on a hiatus, see status updates for details.

• 🔴 Off Track: Major issues are preventing the project from progressing, a recovery plan is needed.

• 🟣 Completed: Project is completed and has gone through a closeout process. 

• ⚫️ Canceled: Project has been canceled.
