Library digital signage is intended to support library services, events, and space. As such, library content will always be favored. The Signage Work Group will accept signs from outside groups and organizations provided that they will be of interest to UMBC students, faculty, and staff. Signs from outside groups must be submitted in completed form as an image file (gif, png, jpg) in the correct aspect ratio (16:9) and scalable to the size of the primary display (1920x1080). Signage should adhere to the Style Guideline for Library Digital Signs.

All outside submissions of signs should be made to the chair of the Signage Work Group at least one week prior to the date the sign needs to be posted.

All signs are subject to approval.
