Amplify

Amplify is an innovative Generative AI interface designed to facilitate interaction with AI models, enabling users to communicate effectively with documents, including private data sources. It is a powerful tool aimed at creating new avenues of research and academic productivity. Right now Amplify is primarily available to a select group of faculty and staff but UMBC is always looking for new people to test out this service.

Amplify is currently in a beta phase and users should always be mindful of information provided by, and given to, any AI service. While there is currently no official rollout date for this service to the general public, If someone thinks they have a good use-case or would like to request access they should submit a ticket through the helpdesk to make that request.
