In a situation like this, it is beneficial to make an edit to the document template so you don't have to keep going back to make the same edit to all documents from that template. This means that your edit will then automatically appear on documents so you don't need to go back in and fix it for every document.

In order for a change to a template to be made, you must contact your area's DocuSign Specialist (the person who has been helping to develop documents in your area) and request that they make a change to the template.
