How do I know how far along a document is?

Tell Me

  1. Navigate to your envelopes and select the envelope for which document you would like to edit. How do I do this? 
  2. Click Correct which can be found above the Recipients heading on the left side of the page.
  3. Roles grouped as Completed means that all requirements associated with those roles have been fulfilled. 
  4. Current means that the document has been sent to that role but the requirements associated with it have not yet been met. 
  5. Roles marked as Waiting means that they have not yet received the document as the Current roles must be completed first. 

    This tool is especially helpful with documents that are taking a while to pass through their role list as Administrators are able to check exactly where a document is and what is holding it up.
