How do I fill out the Update Contact form?

The first person to fill out this form is the student. You will need to enter your home address, cell and home phone number and email address. Once you finish this, the form will get sent to your first parent. They will fill out their cell and work phone numbers and select the best way to be contacted. Then the form will be sent to your second parent and they will fill out the same information. Once your second parent initials this form, it will be sent to the UMBC Upward Bound Program.
