Fax transcript (US fax numbers ONLY)                 $8.00    Plus $15.00 ($23.00)

 Expedited Fees:

Domestic Federal Express to Main 48 states        $16.50   Per Recipient

Domestic Federal Express to Alaska or Hawaii     $19.50   Per Recipient

International Federal Express                                $35.50   Per Recipient
