Can I run a report to find out more information about permissions granted to a student or given by an authorized person?

There are two reports that can be generated to give you information about permissions issued to a student or a permissions issued by an authorized person. To access these reports, follow the steps below.

1. Log into myUMBC with your user name and password.
2. Select Guide in the menu area at the top of the page, then the Topics menu will display on the left.
3. Select Advising & Student Support.
4. Select Student Administrative Reports. 
5. Select the Class Permission by Authorizer or Class Permission by Student report.
6. You will be prompted for your log in credentials. Enter your myUMBC user name preceded by  "ad\...."  Enter your myUMBC password.
7. Click OK.
8. Follow the prompts in the selected report to obtain the information you need.
