Why is my ImageNow (client) login not working?

Make sure you typed your username and password correctly.  If you are sure you have and you are still getting this error message, contact your department ImageNow power user to verify that you have an ImageNow account and that it is set up correctly.

If you receive the following error

If you are trying to log into the ImageNow client, this error appears when you forgot to log in to the VPN.  Log in to the VPN and try again.
