How to print a PowerPoint presentation from Blackboard

1. Download the presentation by right-clicking on the link and selecting 'save target as...' or 'save link as...' and save it to the desktop.
   
   
   

2. Double-click the saved file to open it in PowerPoint.
   
   
   

3. On the Menu Bar, select File > Print (don’t use the printer icon)
   
   
   

4. To print handouts for taking notes:
   
   

   • Print what: = Handouts

   • Slides per page: = 3
     
     
     

5. Click 'OK'
