How can I print in the library?

How can I print in the library?

Answer

Printing services are available from all public access computers in the library.

Faculty, staff, and students can also print from their laptops or mobile devices using mobileprint.umbc.edu. Just log in using your UMBC username (the first part of your email address without @umbc.edu) and your password. (Note: You cannot use your Campus ID number.)  If you have trouble or need device-specific directions, please consult the Wireless Printing FAQs.

NOTE: Printing is not available from Linux unless the patron is using a personal laptop/tablet, in which case they can use mobileprint.

Printing is available on all floors of the Library from our more than 200 PCs and Macs. After sending your file to the printer, go to one of the public access printers on the 1st, 2nd or 7th floors of the library to pay for and generate the print.
