Schedule of Classes - Additional Information

Term Roll

• The Office of the Registrar “rolls” (copies and pastes) the Schedule of Classes from the previous, like term to the current term that is being built. EXAMPLE: Spring 2016 Schedule of Classes was “rolled” as Spring 2017 Schedule of Classes.

• Only Active and Tentative classes are rolled

• Combined courses (not Cross-Listed at the Catalog level) are not rolled with the combination intact

• Classes listed as Stop Further Enrollment or Cancelled are not rolled
