Minutes for July 1 meeting

  1. Review current draft of plan

    1. Table of contents - approved.

    2. What still needs to be completed

    3. Are we missing any sections?

  2. Assign duties for completing the first version

    1. Gail: Evacuation and Bldg Safety procedures

    2. Kelly: Medical and Personal Safety procedures

    3. LaTanya: PocketPlan (divide into two sections); Evacuation and Bldg Safety procedures

    4. Lindsey: Introduction; Telephone list; format document and print mock-ups for LEC

    5. Steve: Computer equipment floorplans and inventory (when completed)

    6. Susan: Disaster supplies; Format Locations (insert other doc); complete and submit Munters Code Blue

    7. Tom: Review recovery procedures for all material types; assist with submission of Munters Code Blue

    8. All: Read through current text - especially the sections that we did not read through completely at the meeting; review suggestions for "phase 2"

  3. Set due date for sections completion: July 30

  4. Set date for turning in Plan to LEC: August 3

  5. Meet with LEC: August 17

  6. Review suggestions for second version or follow-up
