How do I present and share a Poll Everywhere activity?

Note for Presenters: The Poll Everywhere add-in for the iOS version of PowerPoint Office 365 is not available for UMBC users. Presenters using an iOS mobile device to present polling activities should use the Poll Everywhere Presenter app, which is separate from Office, or should use a laptop to present Poll Everywhere activities.
