I-20 Program Extension Form

The purpose of this form is for F-1 student's I-20 maintaining their F-1 status in the US.  This form is used to extend the student’s I-20 end date to a later date.

The student must prepare two documents. The Proof of Academic Progress and Proof of Continued Financial Support and is to be dropped off at the IES office. After these documents have been submitted and reviewed by an International Adviser, the student must fill out the Verification of Academic Status Form.
