How do I turn off notifications for incoming calls in Webex?

• Click on your profile photo and select Settings (Windows) or Preferences (Mac).

• Select Notifications and then under Direct Calls, select one of the following:

  • Don’t mute notifications

  • Always mute notifications

  • Only mute notifications when I’m in a meeting or on a call
