Auto-Dome
Initiating
Control Computer: Start ASCOM Dome Control Panel application
Press "Connect"
Select "Slave Dome to Scope"
Front Panel:
Enable "MTR DRIVER CHASSIS"
Enable "DRIVES"
Enable "AUTO DOME"
Switch "DOME TRACK" from "HOME"
Disabling
Disable only after Scope is stowed at Zenith
Front Panel:
Disable "AUTO DOME" switch (see above)
Control Computer:
Desselect "Slave Dome to Scope"
Common Problems
If the Dome and Scope seem misaligned:
If DFMTCS reports the Dome and Scope are in the same positions (Reported "Azimuth")
Using handpaddle: Align Dome to Scope while AutoDome is disabled
After aligning, navigate to DFM TCS > Telescope > Initialization > Other Positions> "Set Dome Position" and press "Use Telescope Azimuth", then "Apply".
If it doesn't
Perhaps wait for a bit for the DFM TCS to poll again or try changing the telescope position (aka try again)
If the Dome doesn't respond to TCS input:
Likely that switch in Dome Control Panel Box (in Dome) isn't set to "REMOTE" position
