The following terms are useful to know when working with and navigating the FAQs:

FAQ Collection:  An overarching category of related FAQ articles. (e.g. “Registration” or "Blackboard").

FAQ Article: A page for a single frequently asked question. (e.g. "How do I register for classes?”).

Labels: meaningful keywords related to the FAQ. Used to help bring people who are searching to your FAQ. (e.g. "unofficial-transcript" or "email").

Watching Your Page/Space: A way to keep track of the activity on your FAQ Collection or Articles.
