Windows TCS Serial Ports

To view all available (meaning not being used) serial ports on the TCS, open a power shell and run mode . 

TheSky6 (by default) uses COM4. After establishing a connection with the telescope, COM4 disappears from the output of mode .

In testing of ExCOM, we will use COM5.  No need for ExCOM, TCP/IP more useful. @Gabriel Koletsi
