To register your Windows computer for use with the UMBC Residential Wired Network, you'll need to find out your computer's wired ethernet address (MAC Address).
- Right-click on the start button and select Command Prompt from the menu.
- Type in ipconfig /all and press Enter. This will display your network configuration.
- Scroll down to your wired network adapter and look for the values next to "Physical Address," which is your MAC address.
