The Room Kits can also join meetings (Webex, Zoom, Google Meets or Teams) using one-touch operation with no laptop needed but first your meeting room’s Google Calendar will need to be joined to the UMBC’s Google Infrastructure as a Google Resource, for UMBC please follow these steps. You will need to put in an RT Ticket for this.
After your meeting room and Room Kit has been added as a resource you can schedule the room under “add location” in Google Calendar - your meeting will then show up on the Room Kit controller and on main monitor so you can join simply by pressing the green Join button (One Touch Join) when it is time.

The required Teams Meeting information (Meeting ID and Meeting Passcode) that can should be found on your Teams invitation or on your Teams Calendar if enabled. If you don’t have this information at hand you might need to reach out to the Teams Meeting host.
