When will I receive my refund?

Refunds of aid in excess of your bill are processed by Student Business Services (SBS).  Please be sure that you have activated your account preference so that your refund can be processed. Please visit SBS for additional information about the refund process. 

Financial Aid Disbursement for the upcoming term cannot begin processing until 10 calendar days before the first day of classes per Federal Regulations. Financial Aid Refunds are automatically processed once per week on Wednesday. Depending on your preference, once an E refund status is posted on the student account it takes seven to ten business days for the funds to be processed and refunded to the student.

If a preference has not been selected, a check will be mailed to the students address on file sent to BankMobile after 20 business days. It is the student's responsibility to keep the address information up-to-date. Please submit a help ticket to request a code. Refunds are not disbursed on holidays or weekends.
