I have an alert that says I need to submit a tax return transcript or use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. I worked, but I was not required to file a tax return. What should I do?

Typically when these items are requested, we also request the Independent or Dependent Verification Worksheet. At the bottom of the form in the Tax Filing Status section, check the box that says you worked but were not required to file and attach a copy of all of your W-2s.
