How do I log into the computers in the computer labs?

To log into the computers on campus, you will use your username (all lower case) and the password you use to log into myUMBC.
You cannot use your Campus ID (AB12345), name, or full email address to log in. You MUST use your username.
If you are unable to log in using your username and password, here are some helpful troubleshooting steps to try:
Are you able to log into myUMBC using the same username and password?
Have you tried resetting your password on myUMBC?
If you are trying to log into a PC, have you tried to logging in on a Mac or through Linux?
Have you tried logging in from a different lab (e.g. if you are in the Engineering building, are you able to log in at the Library?
If you still have trouble, you can submit an RT ticket or visit the Technology Support Center on the first floor of the library.
