  1. Click "Share"

  1. Click Sheet.

  1. Click the search bar.

  1. Type in the email address of whoever you would like to add to the space. If they are in your contacts, their name will auto-populate.

  1. Click the name of the person you would like to add

  1. Click "Editor - can share" to see the dropdown menu of permissions available.

  1. Select what level of permission you would like to give to the user.
    Editor - Can Share - Can share document with others. Can edit existing cells and add new rows; can comment, add attachments and links. Editors cannot change locked columns or rows.
    Editor - Cannot Share - Can edit existing cells and add new rows; can comment, add attachments and links. Editors cannot change locked columns or rows.
    Commenter - view access with the ability to add comments only
    Viewer - view only

  1. Select or deselect the "Notify people" field.

  1. Click "Share"
