The ALEKS LTI will update to LTI 1.3 on May 25, 2023. The updated ALEKS Math tool will include enhancements to Blackboard gradebook synchronization and integrations with McGraw-Hill connect tools. Instructors will find ALEKS in the Blackboard Ultra Content Market and Original course content tools.
Link ALEKS to Blackboard
Ultra
- Go to your Ultra course.
- Select the folder or area in the Content Outline where you want the ALEKS content to reside.
- Click the purple (+) icon to add content and select Content Market.
- When the panel opens, select ALEKS Math from the Content Market to link the tool.
- Once the ALEKS LTI tool launches, follow the prompts in ALEKS to pair your course.
Original
To add the ALEKS tool link to your Blackboard course:
- Go to your Original course.
- Select the folder or area in the Content Outline where you want the ALEKS content to reside.
- Click Build Content → ALEKS Math.
- Once the ALEKS LTI tool launches, follow the prompts in ALEKS to pair your course.
