- ILSB116 is set in either combined mode (wall is up) or separate mode (116A and 116B) for the duration of a semester.
- The wall is only moved for exceptions.
- Any time the wall is raised or lowered, both AV systems must be shut down using the control panels.
- At least an hour is needed for testing the AV systems after raising or lowering the wall.

- Press "System Shut Down" on each AV touch panel control (ILSB116A and ILSB116B).
- Raise the wall (requires keys and two operators.
- Wait a few minutes after wall is raised for sensors to engage.
- Using the AV touch panel control on the ILSB116A side, press "Choose a Room Mode" (bottom right corner of screen).
- A pop up screen appears - press "Combined Mode".
- On the next screen, press "All", then the press the source you want on all displays - usually PC or Laptop. The audio and video will be sent to both 116A and 116B.
- The microphones from 116A will send audio to both sides. Do not grab the microphones from 116B - they will only work on the 116B side.
- When you are done, press System Off at the bottom right, then Power Down.
