After a ticket has been resolved, an email will be sent to you including the actions taken to resolve your technical issue. Included in that email is DoIT's Customer Satisfaction Survey.

  1. Click on the survey link found at the bottom of your ticket resolution notice
    The page will automatically redirect to our survey form
  2. Complete the 4-question survey based on your experience
  3. Add a comment
  4. Click the double greater than symbol ( >> ) button
    A confirmation message will appear that your submission has been recorded
